50 years of experience waiting to serve you!

Dennis Hampel began performing magic at the age of eight, but what started as childhood fascination quickly evolved into a lifelong study of communication, psychology, leadership, and audience engagement. By fourteen, he was managing magic retail stores in St. Louis and Clayton, mentoring professionals—from physicians and attorneys to clergy and media personalities—on how presentation skills and creative engagement could elevate their own careers and public presence. Formal public relations and broadcast training with FleishmanHillard, KMOX, and KSD-TV strengthened his foundation in messaging and professional communication.
His performance career accelerated through venues such as The Muny and Six Flags St. Louis, where presenting up to ten shows daily developed precision, adaptability, and disciplined audience connection. Throughout the years, Dennis earned multiple honors at international conventions from both the International Brotherhood of Magicians and the Society of American Magicians, later designing original magical effects that were marketed internationally throughout the 2000s.

In the 1970s and 80s, Dennis and his wife Clydea—whom he met while performing at Six Flags—expanded their focus from performance into educational marketing and corporate development. Together with Clydeas degrees in special education and specialized cl;assroom lesson development , they created sales training, educational outreach, and motivational programs for organizations including Newspaper In Educationa programs for USA Today, St Louis Globe-Democrat, St Louis Post-Dispatch, and the Gannett corporation. They also developed structured educational initiatives for the St Louis Police Department and in coordination with the FBI and federal educational law enforcement agencies, achieving major success in more than 200 schools. In combination with these programs and spectacular events like escaping from a straight jacket while hanging from a helicopter—drew national attention and led to years of international circus tours, where Dennis served not only as performer and but also in management roles overseeing marketing, show producer and public relations development.
